La fundació privada Altem i la fundació Femcat reuneixen empresaris i institucions en una jornada sobre la inserció laboral de persones amb discapacitat

La Fundació privada  ALTEM i la Fundació FEMCAT, van reunir el dimecres dia 12 de juny a l’empresariat, ajuntaments i entitats socials de les comarques de Girona i de Barcelona al Convent dels Caputxins de Figueres en la Jornada de Responsabilitat Social Corporativa: “Inserció Sociolaboral de Persones amb Capacitats Diverses”.

La iniciativa d’ALTEM i FEMCAT responia a l’objectiu de fomentar la inserció laboral de col·lectius en risc d’exclusió social i posar en valor la seva feina.

Van assistir-hi un total de 120 empresaris i professionals que es van interessar per les diferents accions de responsabilitat social corporativa. L’acte va ser conduït pel periodista Sr. Josep Puigbó.

Va obrir l’acte la Sra. Montse Mindan, presidenta del Consell Comarcal de l’ Alt Empordà, encarregada de donar la benvinguda als assistents juntament amb els presidents i presidenta de les entitats organitzadores i col·laboradores de l’acte.

La primera ponència va ser sobre la normativa legal aplicable a les empreses sobre la inserció de persones amb discapacitat, a càrrec del Sr. Germán Domínguez, advocat i soci de Cuatrecasas advocats i la Sra. Patricia Paredes, advocada de la mateixa firma.

Seguidament, la Directora del Centre Especial de Treball de la Fundació ALTEM, va presentar els diferents serveis de l’entitat destinats a la formació i la inserció laboral de les persones amb més dificultats d’inserció i els serveis empresarials que s’ofereixen a les empreses i institucions. Es van presentar diferents experiències de col·laboració amb empreses de la comarca i dos treballadors inserits a l’empresa ordinària van explicar les seves vivències i com els hi havia canviat la vida el fet d’haver tingut una oportunitat laboral.

Posteriorment, es va fer la taula rodona que va comptar amb la participació de la Sra. Roser Torrellas, responsable de Recursos Humans del Grup Peralada, Sr. Esteve Guerra, Director General de Càmping Bassegoda Park Albanyà, Sr. Yassine Bouallala Lechheb, administrador de Torremirona Resort i el Sr. Francesc Bosch, gerent propietari de Dibosch i President del Fòrum Carlemany, que van presentar les diferents experiències d’inserció de col·lectius vulnerables i de responsabilitat social corporativa.

Per últim el Sr. Xim Raurich, patró de FemCAT i Conseller Delegat del Grup Tramuntana va presentar l’informe que va realitzar FemCAT sobre l’ocupació i treball de les persones amb discapacitat que va posar de manifest les desigualtats que tenen les persones amb discapacitat en el món laboral.

Va tancar l’acte el Sr. Jordi Masquef, alcalde en funcions de l’ Ajuntament de Figueres, que va agrair l’assistència de tots els convidats i ponents i va encoratjar als presents a gestionar empreses socialment responsables.
